In February, 1988 the following purpose was adopted: Believing that the preservation and display of memorabilia of Spring Branch Senior High School and that the encouragement of the spirit of learning and friendship fostered by that institution represents a contribution to the Spring Branch Independent School district and the community it serves.
Since that time the Foundation has worked hard to not only preserve the original high school memorabilia, but also the history of the Spring Branch Community.  We also feel the students of SBISD deserve recognition and support.  The Foundation gives two scholarships a year to deserving SBISD seniors.  We also help support students needing help while participating in recognized SBISD clubs and events/competitions.

Spring Branch Senior High School Foundation (SBSHSF) is excited to present their “All Class” & Community Event, which will include a Museum Tour,Car Show, Ax Throwing and that evening a Dinner & Dueling Piano Fundraiser for our organization. This event will be held on October 19, 2024, at both the old Spring Branch High school location and the VFW Hall in Spring Branch. The Dueling Piano fundraiser will be a fun filled night open to everyone in the Spring Branch community.  It will include Dinner, Silent Auction, Dessert Auction, and an engaging Dueling Piano show by Piano Punch!  Dueling Pianos is an all-request show, where the audience writes down their favorite songs, wraps it with some love (a tip which will be split with the foundation) and brings them to the performers, who play them in a non-stop show that mixes music, comedy, and interaction! There’s no script, no set-list, and no road map…so hang on!

What is a Dessert Auction

Table guests work together to submit their anonymous bid for a dessert for their table.  Bids are reviewed and the auctioneer announces the table # with the highest bid, and that table sends a runner to grab their dessert, and this continues through the bids in desending order.  Which dessert will they select?  Must make decision quickly because there is only about a 60 second pause between each bid announcement.
Please bring cash for this Auction.
Note:  Desserts will be on display beginning at 5:30.

SBSHSF would like to invite you to support us in this endeavor as an event sponsor. The proceeds from both events will allow the foundation to continue giving scholarships to deserving SBISD students, as well as allowing us to support other endeavors of SBISD Students.  The proceeds will also help offset overhead costs for the SBSHSF Museum which houses not only what a typical Texas High School would have looked like from the 1950’s to the 1980’s, but also preserve the history of the Spring Branch Community.

As a Company sponsor, Alumni sponsor, indvidual sponsor,  your sponsorship can include an “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” on your display board.
