In February, 1988 the following purpose was adopted: Believing that the preservation and display of memorabilia of Spring Branch Senior High School and that the encouragement of the spirit of learning and friendship fostered by that institution represents a contribution to the Spring Branch Independent School district and the community it serves.
Since that time the Foundation has worked hard to not only perserve the original high school memorabilia, but also the history of the Spring Branch Community.
