Dear Artist or Crafter:

Spring Branch Senior School Foundation, Inc., a Non-Profit 501c3 cordially invites you to register for our craft show.  This craft show is a fund-raising event to help raise money for improvements to our Historical Museum and to enable us to continue providing yearly scholarships to deserving Spring Branch students.  Food and soft drinks will be provided for sale by the school.

Show Schedule: 
Set-up time,  Saturday  October 4,   7:00 am - 10:00 am
Exhibit Time, Saturday  October 4, 10:00 am -   5:00 pm                        

 

Registration Deadline:  Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis.  No refunds will be made after September 24, 2008.

 

Registration fee:  10 x 10 Inside Booth…………………………$60.00 (Air Conditioned)

                                  10 x 10 Outside Booth............……………….$30.00

 Payment must be made no later than September 24, 2008.  After that date, registration will be $75.00/$40.00.       
                     

Tables and Booth Set-up:  Exhibitors must provide their own tables; chairs display racks and overnight coverings.  A 10' by 10' space will be provided for each booth space.  All exhibitors MUST check-in with the show staff before setting up their booth.  Booths must stay set up during the entire craft show unless arrangements are made prior to the show.   

 

Electricity:  The show will be held in the gym which is well lit and air-conditioned.  No other electricity will be provided.

 

Weather:  The show will go, rain or shine!

 

Liability:  All exhibitors are responsible for setting up and taking down their own booth.  Spring Branch Senior High School Foundation, Inc. nor the Spring Branch School of Choice will not be responsible for any accidents, damages or loss to any person or property.

 

Sales Tax: All exhibitors are responsible for collection and declaring Texas State Sales Tax. 

 

Advertising:  Houston Chronicle Craft Show special circular, Radio, SIBISD Teacher's boxes, SBISD school marquees, Spring Branch Senior High School Foundation’s Website (www.springbranchbears.com) and other publications will be utilized. Posters will be hung in local businesses and an e-mail will be sent to all registered foundation members.

 

Additional Information:  If you want to be next to a party of your choice you need to send your applications together and state that you wish to have adjoining booths.   If you pay for an outside booth, there will be no refunds due to weather.   We ask that vendor's cars/trailers be moved to the back parking lot after set up to allow front row parking for attendees.
